Swarm Honey is an Adelaide Hills based apiary. Starting in 2008, it has since grown, now supplying Cafe's and restaurants around Adelaide. We ensure that the food miles are kept to a minimum, with our furthest location being Kanmantoo (40 km's).
We believe that honey should be left as natural as possible; we ensure that heat is not used to make the honey run, a method that leaves a large amount of honey on the frame that we return to the bees. Neither do we use use any chemicals or additives when it comes to looking after our hives.
